Returns and withdrawal

If you're buying as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

To exercise this right, write to ⟨email di contatto⟩ within that period, stating clearly that you're withdrawing. We'll confirm receipt and tell you where to send the return.

The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to cosmetic products whose security seal has been broken after delivery, for hygiene reasons, under article 59 of the Consumer Code. In practice: once you open and use one of the kit's ten products, that product can no longer be returned; products still sealed remain returnable.

Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered — in that case, we cover it.

Once we've received and checked the return, we refund what you paid — including shipping, if you return the whole order — within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to buy.
