We sell the Zur Cosmetics skincare kit, made up of the ten products described on the site. Images and text are illustrative.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Any shipping cost is shown before you confirm payment, never after. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order, even if we change it afterwards.

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment, not when you add the product to your cart. Until then, the order isn't binding on either side.

The delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not promises: they depend on the courier and the destination. See the Shipping page for details, correct to the best of our knowledge.

For complaints, write to ⟨email di contatto⟩; we reply within thirty days. If you're a consumer resident in the European Union, you can also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This contract is governed by Italian law; for disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
