When you buy, we collect your email address, shipping and billing address, and the order amount. When you join the waitlist, we collect only your email address. We never collect card data: that's entered on Stripe's own pages, which we never see.

Your data is processed by: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd for payment and invoicing, Resend for sending emails, and Vercel Inc. for hosting the site. Each acts as a data processor and has its own data protection agreement with us.

We keep order data for ten years, as required by Italian tax law. Waitlist addresses stay until you ask us to delete them, and every email we send includes a one-click link to do so.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to ⟨email di contatto⟩ and we'll reply within thirty days. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
