For any request about your data, write to info@zurcosmetics.com. The data controller's details (legal name, address, VAT number) will be published here before the shop opens.

Pre-sale. If you sign up for the pre-sale we collect only your email address and the site language. The address is stored only after you click the confirmation link we send you: until then it is not kept on any list. We use it to send you emails about the pre-sale, including the discount code at launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in every email.

Purchases. When you buy, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address and the order amount, to conclude and perform the contract and to meet tax obligations. Card details never pass through this site: you enter them on Stripe's pages, which we do not see.

Browsing. Like any server, the site records technical connection data (such as the IP address) to run and protect it, based on our legitimate interest in security. Only if you accept in the banner do we also enable Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without using cookies. Details on the Cookies page.

Who processes data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (site hosting and visit measurement), Resend (email sending and list management, with data hosted in the European Union) and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payments; for some activities such as fraud prevention it acts as an independent controller). Some of these providers are based in the United States: in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long. Pre-sale addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the pre-sale ends. Order data is kept for ten years, as required by Italian tax law. Technical browsing data is kept by the providers only as long as strictly necessary.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a readable format, and you can withdraw consent without affecting what was done before. Write to info@zurcosmetics.com: we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
